Submit a claim, step-by-step:

STEP 1

Collect your notes and overviews
To be able to submit a claim, you need the original statement from your health insurer. Read here where you can find this on the website of your health insurer. For some medicines you (also) need the invoice / receipt from your pharmacist.

STEP 2

Log in on My TerugBetaalRegeling and select 'Submit new claim'
You can log in to My TerugBetaaRegeling via your computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet. No account yet? Learn how to create one. After logging in, select 'Submit new claim' in the menu.

STEP 3

Upload the overview or invoice of your claim 

Take a photo with your smartphone or upload a scan of the expense report from the health insurer, or the bill from the pharmacist. Enter the requested information.

STEP 4

Check your claim
You are almost done. Check carefully whether you have entered all data correctly. Make sure you check the photo / scan; it must be clearly legible. Something wrong? Correct it by going back. 

STEP 5

Submission and Payment
Once you have submitted the claim, we will review it. If everything is correct, your reimbursement will be transferred within a few days. If there is no attachment, or the attached overview/invoice is difficult to read or incorrect, we reject your claim. We inform you of this decision via the message center.

Help us to make sure your claim is processed as quickly as possible

TBR only processes claims that are complete and correct. Do you miss necessary information/documents? Ask your health insurer or pharmacist to provide the correct statements or receipts. 

In order to process your claim, we need:

  • Account number, date of birth, name and address of the patient 
  • The name of the medicine, the date of issuance (date of treatment) and the dispensing pharmacist.
  • The amount of paid Personal Contribution
