We can advise you on setting up a Reimbursement Scheme. We have knowledge and experience in the Healthcare industry and are aware of the laws and regulations. We fully comply with the Medicines Advertising Code, the new Medicines Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG), which guarantees quality.

TBR Netherlands has specialized in this since 1999, and has developed a transparent, reliable and verifiable structure in collaboration with notaries (Stichting Foundation Phareso TBR) and ING Bank. In cooperation with the client, we assess whether, and under what conditions, a medicine with a personal contribution is eligible for a BackPay Scheme. It also looks at how the process can be set up as efficiently and customer-friendly as possible for the patient.
