If you submit a claim online, we will process your claim within 5 working days. Alternatively claiming by post takes 15 days.
Submit a claim, step-by-step:
STEP 1
First collect your specified overviews
To submit a claim, for most medicines you need the original statement from your health insurer. Read here where you can find this on the website of your heslth insurer.
STEP 2
Log in on My TerugBetaalRegeling and select 'Submit new claim'.
You can log in to My TerugBetaaRegeling via your computer, laptop, smartphone or tablet. No account yet? create it quickly . After logging in, choose the menu item 'Submit new claim'.
STEP 3
Upload your specified health care overview
Take a photo with your smartphone or upload a scan of the specified overview from the health insurer. Then enter the requested information.
STEP 4
Check your claim
You are almost done. In the last step, check carefully whether you have entered all data correctly. Also take a good look at the photo / scan, it must be clearly legible. Something went wrong? Just correct by going back.
STEP 5
Submission and Payment
Once you have checked and submitted the claim, we will start checking. We aim to assess your claim within 5 working days. When your claim is approved you will receive payment within a few days.
Is the attached claim overview or invoice not correct or difficult to read? Then we send the claim back so you can adjust it. We will inform you via the message center.
Help us to make sure your claim is processed as quickly as possible
TBR only processes claims that are complete and correct. Do you miss necessary information/documents? Ask your health insurer or pharmacist to provide the (additional) correct statements.
In order to process your claim, we need:
- Date of birth and name of the patient
- The name of the medicine, the date of issuance (date of treatment) and the dispensing pharmacist.
- The amount of paid Personal Contribution
Patients can only claim their Personal Contribution, not their Excess.
