Conditions

Pharmacists and patients can submit claims issued before 1 May 2021 until 1 August 2021. The invoice from the pharmacy must be enclosed for these claims.

The following conditions apply to invoices issued from 1 May 2021:

The Personal Contribution for Lokelma® 5g and 10g charged to the patient by the health insurer, is eligible for full reimbursement from now to a maximium of € 250,- per patient per year. Therefore, the patient can submit a claim with TBR Nederland. To do this, you must add the specified overview from the health insurer. Who can submit a claim

Declarations issued before 1 May 1 2021 can be submitted by both pharmacists and patients.

Claims with an issue date from 1 May 2021 can only be claimed by patients or their caregiver.

Claiming online is the fastest option.

From when till when can you submit a claim

Invoices with an issue date before 1 May 1 2021 can be declared until 1 August 2021.

For invoices with an issue date from 1 May 2021, no closing date of the Reimbursement Scheme has yet been determined yet.
