From August 1, 2025 Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension is fully reimbursed by the health insurance. For this reason the reimbursement scheme for Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension terminates the 1st of August.

Conditions

Now that the reimbursement scheme for Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension will be terminated, claims with an issue date before August 1, 2025 can be submitted until December 31, 2025. After that, no more claims can be processed.

The Personal Contribution demonstrably payed to the health insurer for Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension, is eligible for reimbursement via TBR Nederland with the exception of the first 2 containers and up to a maximum of € 250,- per patient per year. The arrangement applies from August 1 2020 and only from the 3rd container. 

Who can submit a claim

Only patients or their carer can submit a claim for the Personal Contribution paid for Broxil® 125 mg / 5 mL, powder for oral suspension online or by post. Online will be the fastest option. Pharmacists cannot submit claims on behalf of the patient for this medicine.

From when till when can you submit a claim

Claims with an issue date before the 1st of August 2025 can be processed by TBR Nederland until December 31, 2025.
