From August 1, 2025 Cresemba® 40mg and 100mg is fully reimbursed by the health insurance. For this reason the reimbursement scheme for Cresemba® 40mg and 100mg will terminate the 1st of August.

Conditions
Now that the reimbursement scheme for Cresemba® 40mg and 100mg will be terminated, claims with an issue date before August 1, 2025 can be submitted until 1 December, 2025. After that, no more claims can be processed.
Who can submit a claim
Patients or their carer can submit a claim for the Personal Contribution amount they paid for Cresemba® 40mg and 100mg, either online or by post. Pharmacists cannot submit claims on behalf of patients for this medicine.
From when till when can you submit a claim
Claims with an issue date before the 1st of August 2025 can be processed by TBR Nederland until December 1, 2025.
Submit a claim online
Patients can claim online and will receive their reimbursement within 5 working days.
Submit a claim by post
Patients can claim by post and will receive their reimbursement within 15 working days.
