Amendment to TerugBetaalRegeling Lokelma®

TBR Nederland hereby informs you that it will make a change to a repayment scheme starting from now. This concerns the medicine Lokelma® 5g and 10g.

The health care insurer does not fully reimburse Lokelma® 5g and 10g. The producer of this medicine has therefore asked TBR Nederland to reimburse the costs of the Personal Contribution to the patient.

A few changes in the current repayment scheme for Lokelma® 5g and 10g are made:
1. The current repayment scheme will be canceled. Declarations made before 1st May 2021 to 1st August 2021, can still be submitted.
2. A new repayment scheme is being started whereby only patients or their carer can claim the Personal Contribution by means of a specified overview from the health care insurer.

Conditions new repayment scheme

The Personal Contribution for Lokelma^® 5g and 10g that is demonstrably charged to the patient by the health insurer will be fully reimbursed up to a maximum of € 250 per patient per year. 

Who can submit a claim

Only patients or their carer can claim the Personal Contribution for Lokelma^® 5g and 10g online or by post. Online will be the fastest option. Pharmacists cannot claim this medicine on behalf of the patient.
