Termination TerugBetaalRegeling Fragmin®2500
From January 1st 2022 onwards, the reimbursement scheme for FRAGMIN (dalteparine)2500 INJVLST 12.500IE/ML WWSP 0,2ML will be terminated. The manufacturer of this medicine has reimbursed the costs of the personal contribution to the patient from January 1 2021 till January 1 2022.
Conditions
The Personal Contribution for FRAGMIN (dalteparine)2500 INJVLST 12.500IE/ML WWSP 0,2ML that is demonstrably charged to the patient by the health insurer was fully reimbursed from January 1 2021 till January 1 2022. Only prescriptions dispensed between these mentioned dates can be claimed through TerugBetaalRegeling Nederland until March 31, 2022.
Who can submit a claim
Patients or their caregivers can claim the Personal Contribution FRAGMIN (dalteparine)2500 INJVLST 12.500IE/ML WWSP 0,2ML online or by post. Online will be the fastest option. Pharmacists cannot claim this medicine on behalf of the patient.
